Do you remove the old flooring?
Yes, removal of the existing flooring can be included — let us know what's currently down so we can quote it accurately.
What if you find subfloor damage once the old floor is up?
We'll stop and let you know. Structural subfloor repair is outside general handyman work, and we won't install new flooring over a damaged subfloor.
