Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of segtvision.us and any quote, estimate, invoice, or service you request from SegtVision LLC. By submitting a request through this site, you agree to these terms.
Requesting a quote
Submitting the request-quote form is not a binding commitment from either side — it starts a conversation. We'll follow up to confirm details and, if needed, schedule a visit before any estimate or price is finalized.
Estimates & invoices
An estimate reflects our best assessment based on the information available at the time; the final invoice may differ if hidden conditions, code upgrades, or additional materials are discovered once work begins — we'll always discuss that with you first. Invoices are payable upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permits, unless specifically stated, are not included in an estimate.
Payment
Invoices are sent and paid through QuickBooks Online / QuickBooks Payments. By paying an invoice, you also agree to Intuit's own terms of service for that payment. SegtVision LLC does not collect or store your card or bank details directly.
Warranty
Unless an invoice specifically states otherwise, a one-year installation workmanship warranty applies only to installations we perform; manufacturer warranties on equipment must be verified directly with the manufacturer. A warranty may be voided if another company services or modifies the same system without our involvement.

Site use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request and not to use this site to submit fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized requests on behalf of someone else's property.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted here is the one in effect.
